Southern Exposure

Due to a devastating earthquake in Christchurch on February 22nd 2011, we regret to announce that Southern Exposure 2011 is cancelled.  The impacts of the earthquake are severe, and many of us have lost friends, family, work places and homes.

Because of the nature of this national emergency, we have no choice but to cancel this much anticipated and planned event.

We are working with our suppliers, presenters and registered attendees to arrange maximum refunds, but ask for your understanding and help  during this difficult time.

You can help us to recoup costs already invested by  purchasing Southern Exposure conference items.  The proceeds will directly to funding the losses incurred by the cancellation and earlier postponement of our event.

Our thoughts are with everyone affected during this incredibly difficult time,

Here’s some of what was said about our earlier two events:-

Southern Exposure in Christchurch kicked off my tour-de-kink - a sizable group gathered at a lovely hotel for a weekend of classes, socializing and playing. This newborn event was birthed fully formed as a well-thought-out, carefully organized happening with intelligence and heart.
