We can tailor a payment plan to meet your budget, with regular smaller payments.  Payment can be made using PayPal (for credit card and overseas payments) or direct bank to bank transfer.

Note:  Registration for Southern Exposure indicates you have read and agree with the following Terms and Conditions:-

Registrations start at a base price of $295, discounted by $25 to $270 if paid in full by September 1st. 

This qualifies you for:-

• Friday night vendor evening/meet and greet
• conference bag
• entry to all workshops
• Saturday night play party
• Sunday night after party
• Included meals
• lunch Saturday and Sunday
• Sunday recovery breakfast
• Morning and afternoon tea and coffee

The base price does not cover the following:-

• Accommodation
• alcoholic refreshments
• Additional meals, set menu and a la carte dining options available from venue
• Optional Sunday night dinner, $40 per person
• Monday Intensive Workshops, each priced separately

The Copthorne Durham is our preferred accommodation supplier, and offers special conference rates when booked through this site.  You can also request assistance from the organisers in locating suitable off site accommodation. 

Registrations are confirmed on receipt of a $35 non refundable deposit.  All registrations fully paid up by September 1st qualify for a discount of $25 off the base registration fee.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations for any reason. In this case, a full refund will be made, less any actual and reasonable expenses incurred to that point.
